Refunds & Shipping

All sales are final. No refunds or returns.

We do not offer exchanges unless the item is in NEW condition AND the size and/or item you wish to exchange for is available. Shipping for all items to be exchanged is to be paid for by the customer.

Damaged Items

If there is a physical issue with merchandise received from an order (such as the product arriving damaged) please contact us promptly! Shipping and delivery fees will be covered by us if we determine that we are at fault.

Mailing and Delivery

Once an order is shipped out, we have NO ability to change the order details. If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact the carrier or your local post office.

If mail is lost or stolen, this is sadly not our fault and we do not ship free items in replacement.

If your order is returned to us (such as being an error in your shipping address), we will contact you via the email address that we have received. Be aware as this may through a third party service, such as PayPal or another payment processor, so be sure to check all applicable email addresses if your order does not arrive.

All items that must be shipped by us again (as in, an exchange that is not covered by the damaged items section above) will require payment for the shipping label before it is shipped.
